1. Scope

This policy covers only this marketing and documentation website (https://submify.nodedr.com), operated by NODEDR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. It does not cover any Submify instance you self-host — once you run Submify on your own server, you are the operator and data controller for whatever data your forms collect. We have no access to data stored in your self-hosted database.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, and message you choose to submit on the Contact page. These are forwarded to our own Submify-powered inbox so we can reply.
• Standard server logs — IP address, user agent, and request timestamps, generated automatically by our infrastructure for security and abuse prevention.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. It does not use cookies or any client-side state to track you, and does not collect personally identifiable information — see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how it handles the data it does collect.

3. How we use it

We use contact form submissions only to respond to your message, and server logs only to operate and secure the site.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Contact form data is processed by our own Submify instance, which runs on infrastructure we control.

5. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you submitted to us by emailing info@nodedr.com.

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
