every project now has its own separate calendar — event types, bookings, and personal agenda items are scoped per project. A new dropdown on the dashboard's Calendar tab picks which project's calendar you're viewing or adding events to, and each project's client portal now shows only that project's own bookings instead of the whole account's.

email notification status — the project's Email tab now shows whether the latest notification was accepted by your SMTP server or failed after retries, with the failure reason. "Accepted" is not inbox delivery; bounces are not detected.
